On Friday 18 December there will be an updating online seminar on the progress of the activities of the “BioVeg” project financed by the 2014-2020 PSR of the Marche Region, Measure 16.1.A.2.
The meeting will be dedicated to the new organic vegetable preserves that can be obtained using sea fennel, also known as Paccasassi.
The project, of which the Marche Chamber of Commerce is a partner, was launched in 2019 and includes a series of field and laboratory experiments by the experts of the Polytechnic University of Marche and during the seminar the progress and results of these activities.
